• In the event that the traveler or their first-degree relative contracts an illness that prevents their usual activities for a period of 10 days, or in the event of death, this circumstance shall be deemed force majeure by both parties, provided that an official medical board report issued by a fully equipped state hospital is submitted. In such cases, all payments made shall be refunded in full.
• In cases where adverse weather conditions, insufficient participant numbers, road blockages, strikes, acts of terrorism, war or the likelihood of war, or unforeseen technical circumstances prevent the commencement of the tour, the agency reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, all payments made shall be refunded in full, or an alternative tour shall be offered.
• No cancellations, refunds, or amendments shall be made for guests who fail to be present at the specified departure or pick-up point on the designated date and time. For both daily and overnight tours, it is the guest’s responsibility to arrive at the departure or pick-up point at the appointed date and time. In cases of delays or disruptions in the guest’s transportation, no cancellation, refund, or amendment shall be applied.
